SV University APRCET 2019 Ph.D Interview Schedule for qualified candidates in UGC NET-JRF / CSIR NET / GATE / GPAT valid score card.

Each Candidate has to pay an amount of Rs. 1000/- towards Registration fee for Counseling

through the Bank Challan in Andhra bank A/C No. 103210100078008 (IFSC CODE:ANDB0001032)

in favour of The Registrar, SV University (Original Challan form should be produced at the time of

Interview).

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination with minimum 55% of marks for OC/BC and 50% SC/ST.
2. Ph.D admission will be made as per the Vacancies available in the concerned subject.
3. Rule of reservation will be followed by taking each subject as a unit, separately for Full-Time and Part-Time.
4. Candidates have to attend the Interview/Counseling at the concerned departments in SV UNIVERSITY, TIRUPATI on the specified date and time at their own expenses, with relevant documents.
5. If a candidate fails to attend the Interview/Counseling at the specified date and time for whatever reason he/she shall forfeit the seat and the candidate in next rank will be considered for admission.
6. Regular/Permanent employees having Service register(SR) and service certificate from the concerned authority are only eligible for Part-Time Ph.D Admission
7. The Directorate of Admissions has the right to cancel / Modify the admission if it is found incorrect at any time.

CERTIFICATES REQUIRED FOR INTERVIEW / COUNSELING:

For Interview/Counseling, the following original documents should be submitted by the candidate

a) APRCET-2019 Hall Ticket.
b) Marks statements and Provisional/Degree Certificate of the qualifying examination.
c) Transfer and Conduct certificates (Admission will not be given if T.C. from the institution where the candidate studied last is not submitted) **
d) SSC and Intermediate pass certificates.
e) Two Passport size photographs.
f) Study certificates from Intermediate to qualifying examination (PG).
g) Caste certificate in original from the Tahshildar in case of SC/ST/BC candidates, obtained in the year 2019 (OR) permanent caste certificate
h) Residence Certificate of parents for stay in the state of A.P. from Tahshildar in case of candidates, who have studied outside A.P./ carried out private study.
i) Service register with latest entries (SR) and service certificate from the concerned Authority
(for Part-Time Ph.D candidates).
